Most of the code that I write for my clients is AI generated. AI is saving me at least 20 to 30 hours every single week. In role-based thinking, you're going to divide your business into roles that people play like social media manager, video editors, customer support. But in workflow-based thinking, if I asked you to automate a video editor or a social media manager, you probably wouldn't even know where to start, right? That's where workflow-based thinking comes in, where you divide your business into the actions, the actual actions that each employee is doing. And let me show you some examples as well of how to do this. You could divide your video editor into a bunch of actions, your social media manager, your customer support reps. Basically, automating an entire job is going to be very, very complicated. But if you can break it down into granular, tiny actions, you can automate it very easily because you can just automate every single task on this list until you've basically automated the entire role. So here's how to actually apply this. Find some free time in your week and then use that to automate just one tiny portion of the business. One portion, one repetitive task.
