So, this ecommerce store (Karatas) just launched and they asked me to give them some feedback on their website. I made a quick 5m video giving them my advice on how to get more conversions and more sales. And I think the advice in this video will be helpful to most ecommerce stores, even just as a reminder. So, I'm sharing it here, fo' free. Enjoy. :)

So I just did a quick website review for this e-commerce store and I basically just gave them some advice on how to get better conversions and everything get more users to buy right and I think that the advice that I gave them is going to be very valuable so I'm also going to share it over here on this channel and you can watch it for free enjoy. Hey man so I think the biggest problem you have over here right now is that you have no way for people to buy things from you. The home page over here on your website is pretty much entirely just talking about your story, right? And while that's not a bad thing, I would like to see some products over here, right? Some actual products that users can buy, right? Like this whole thing is just your story, right? Like on the catalog page over here, right? You have a product as far as I can see, but you don't have a price for each of these let say sizes over here right I guessing since you have predefined sizes over here you should be able to provide a predefined price for them as well right and you know allow the user to add to the cart or just buy now and check out right but i don see any of that information over here right there's no checkout or cart functionality so nobody can actually buy anything from you and pay you money at all right all they can do is just request a quote over here which opens up your whatsapp right and this is just going to introduce delays right because it's going to take time for you to respond back to them and clear all their questions. And by then, who knows if the sale is hot or not, right? Like when people come to this page and try to buy your product, they're already hot leads. They want to spend money and they like you don't give them a way to do so. And I took a quick look at your Etsy page as well over here. And the products over here do have prices, right? Like 45 bucks, 25 bucks and so on, right? So it's not like you can't price these products over here on your website as well, right? So I'd say do that as well and What else Yeah I say the biggest issue I see with your site is that it places too much importance on the story behind your company and almost zero emphasis on the actual products you selling and yeah i just think that's a bit backwards right you want to emphasize the products you're selling more right like you're an e-commerce store you should be advertising and selling your products on this page it's fine to have all these story elements over here but probably not if they're taking up all of the importance on the page right now design wise i'd say this website is very well designed and like the branding is unique and it actually looks like a unique store instead of you know everyone else is just using cookie cutter templates and how overused designs right and i checked all the basic stuff like responsiveness and page speed scores and insights and all that and you're pretty much solid over there so no change needed over there right so yeah the biggest issues I see in your website are these one you don't have a way for customers to actually pay you two you don have an actual product on your website and three you placing way too much emphasis on your story instead of the actual products you trying to sell right And I think you much better off fixing all of these issues first before trying to spend any money on paid ads right Because even if you spend money on paid ads and even if you get a ton of traffic over here, what exactly are you going to do, right? Like there's nothing to do on your site besides just read your story and I guess maybe go over here and, you know, request a quote. and then wait 24 hours or whatever for the other person to respond and stuff, right? Like there's no actual products to buy. There's no way to spend money on your website. So let's say you do run the ads and you're getting customers as well, right? People are converting and they want to buy this all the market you're selling and they visit your website. They're like, what's the next step over here, right? They're not going to find any way to actually buy the product. And that sucks because you're losing high quality leads over here, like highly qualified leads who would have otherwise bought your product right away so yeah i think these are the biggest issues that you need to fix right now let me know if this was useful
