In this video, I want to talk about Phantom Editor, which is a project that I've built that basically completely automates all of the repetitive and boring work of content creation. Saves me like 30, 40, 50 hours every single week to the point where all I have to do to, you know, post some content is to literally just record it and then let this software do it all for me. And I think every creator, especially today with how AI models have gotten so good for us, should have something like this or should be building something like this to automate their unique workflows. So I've got like six or seven videos over here that I have already recorded. I've literally just, you know, turned on the camera, talked to the camera a little bit, and then that's it. And now I have to process all of these raw files and turn them into finished videos. And you're going to watch me do that in like the next five or so minutes. And I'm also going to walk you through the exact workflow that I use to record all of these videos and to post all this content while spending as little time as possible. So the first thing we need to do is actually record the video, right? Which is exactly what I'm doing right now. Second thing we need to do is to fix mistakes, right? Now, this is a step that I'm trying to automate with AI agents with mediocre success right now. In the meantime, I have wipe coded this little extension on GNOME that is used to basically help me record videos. And more importantly, switch scenes in OBS that helps me edit the video even faster because I can switch between different scenes without having to do that in post-production and also to bookmark certain timestamps. Let's say I make a mistake over here. I stumble on my words or I say something dumb like I don't know. Yeah, I don't know. Let's say I made a mistake over here. I'll press this. It'll mark that exact timestamp and then I can go and literally just go over to that specific timestamp and then just cut that out from the video That means that if I have a bunch of timestamps like this I can literally cut out the mistakes of like a five hour video in like 30 seconds because I know exactly where the mistakes are I don need to review the entire video, right? So this is a really useful tool that I've wipe coded with Claude to help me fix any mistakes. Next thing we need to do is run the phantom pipeline process command. Let me go and do that right now. So I'm in one of the video project folders over here, how to pick the most cost-effective model for your task. I'm just going to type phantom pipeline process dash dash raw, pass in the raw video file, and just run it. This is going to transcribe the video for me, trim all of the silences using a technology called Stilero VAD. I don't know why I butchered that pronunciation. Process the audio, do all the noise reduction stuff, add background music if I want to. Since I didn't specify one, it's just going to skip it. Rename the video file, review the final file for me, auto-generate project metadata. This is stuff like timestamps, description, video summaries, and all sorts of other stuff that it's going to generate using cloud and a full transcript of my video. I'm just going to run this and everything is going to happen all on its own. I'm going to open up a bunch of terminals over here and I'm just going to repeat that command for every single video that I still have to process. So all six of these videos over here that are in the recorded stage, I'm just going to run this phantom processing command on them. It's going to work completely in the background. I can just step away from my PC, let it do its thing. I can just go do whatever I want. And once it's finished, all I have to do is just design a good thumbnail and just publish. Done. And that's how, using a bunch of vibe-coded software and automations and AI, I can pretty much record and post like six weeks of content in like five or ten minutes. Insane.
